Utterly atrocious communication. Vehicle dropped off the night before a Thursday appointment. Hadn't heard anything all day. Called and left a message at 3:00. No response. Called back at 3:30. I was lucky to get someone. They hadn't even looked at the car. They said they were confused who to call - me or my daughter. They said they would be looking at it and getting back to me. Called again Friday around noon. Another message with no response. Tried again later in the day, went right to voicemail. It's now Saturday, we don't have the car or any idea whether they've even diagnosed anything. This unprofessional communication is an absolute deal breaker. Never again, regardless of whether they fix the car properly or not.
Westwood auto has very friendly and professional mechanic , they work very fast get your car in and out in a timely manner . Even if you call with issues about your car they do their best to fit you in even when they are very booked. This the only mechanic shop I take my cars to.
