Westwood auto has very friendly and professional mechanic , they work very fast get your car in and out in a timely manner . Even if you call with issues about your car they do their best to fit you in even when they are very booked. This the only mechanic shop I take my cars to. Had my car diagnosed by them for a check engine light. Was told they’d get me a quote for repairs. I never heard back, repeated attempts to call and email were met with no response. Wouldn’t go back there again, waste of my time, I had to go to another shop to get another diagnosis and quote.
I had a leaking gasket in the muffler and was trying to find a place to get it done quickly. I went here and the staff were super. They got me in that day and had a loaner for me to use. It was done within a couple hours. And didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I was very impressed with the communication which included an estimate by text that allowed me to quickly approve the work being done. The gentleman at the service desk was prompt and courteous and had excellent customer service. I’m new to the area and am so happy to have found a shop I can trust.
