I scheduled an appointment over the phone to repair my power steering leak and change my engine coolant. The person over the phone said no problem, that's easy enough and gave me a date to drop off my car. The day came and I tried to drop off my car, when I showed up the guy in the office said that I was schedule to repair a tire air leak. I said no and informed him again of what we discussed over the phone, he then replied saying (sorry we don't have time to do that for you today). Sorry I will not be returning and giving you any business.
I brought my car to Earl's Automotive in the summer of 2023 after my previous mechanic retired. I had done some research on Reddit and looked at Google reviews and Earl's was highly rated. What impressed me most and led me to leave a review was when I brought my car in for a repair due to my engine light being on. A repair was made, but a couple days later the engine light came back on. The fix did not work. I brought my car back, and though they weren't able to diagnose the issue (it's more likely a system issue than mechanical) the owner refunded me for the repairs they made. I've never had this level of honesty and service from a repair shop before. I also found their services reasonably priced. Will definitely be bringing my car back here for future repairs and recommend it to others who are in search of a good and honest mechanic.

Earl and his team are honest, hardworking, and easy to deal with. If you need to leave a message, Earl phones you back right away. If you need parts, Earl scours the city to find them as quickly as possible. Communication is always open and the prices for the work done are very fair. He’s been nothing but good to us and we’re customers for life. If your car breaks down but you don’t want to break your bank account, Earl’s is the place to go.
