    I wanted to share our positive experience with Earl's Automotive. When I made the appointment for my daughter's car, I explained what my daughter has been going through and how I googled searched and found most of their reviews were positive and honest. I can honestly say that this garage will most definitely be our new go to, my daughter agrees. We also loved that they gave a print out to show the GM dealer what they found that needs replacing. We had a positive experience here and if we need to come back, my daughter will continue to come in from out of town and my husband & I will be their new costumers as well. I also want to point out that we had great customer service 😀

    I left my jeep there for an idling and highway problem where it literally won’t run proper. Who ever this guy is calling and answering the phone is so grumpy, was not helpful, he couldn’t get off the phone fast enough, told me nothing was wrong with it when it won’t drive for more than 15 minutes. So massive bill to be treated and spoken too like garbage. Not cool

    I am a 3rd generational customer of Earl and his automotive mechanical business! I highly recommend Mr. Earls and his team! Great and speedy service, accurate pricing, and Mr. Earl has graciously provided me with a loaner car for the times I wasn't able to arrange arrangements. I have an '06 Acura and Mr. Earl was able to source parts quickly and efficiently. A++

    I had diagnosed my truck for a sensor to be replaced. Offered the codes and to supply sensor. They said no we ll figure it out. Said ok. Dropped it off. They got it finished. I suspect it took no more then half an hour to replace (speaking with mechanic friends about it) When I came to pick it up, the bill said they looked at it early morning but didn't call for pick up til 10 mins before closing so had to rush on a Friday as they're closed weekends to pick it up instead of having it sit there all weekend inaccessible. They marked up the sensor almost 250% and charged me $60 to diagnose what was already diagnosed before bringing it there. When confronted about the $60 charge. They got pissy like children, threw $60 cash at me and said dont come back. If I had the heated place to do it I would have just done it myself instead of being ripped off nearly $500. Gladly won't be going back.

    I scheduled an appointment over the phone to repair my power steering leak and change my engine coolant. The person over the phone said no problem, that's easy enough and gave me a date to drop off my car. The day came and I tried to drop off my car, when I showed up the guy in the office said that I was schedule to repair a tire air leak. I said no and informed him again of what we discussed over the phone, he then replied saying (sorry we don't have time to do that for you today). Sorry I will not be returning and giving you any business.
