What a fantastic little place. The food was plentiful, fresh, flavourful & hot! Service was to go, was fairly fast. We really enjoyed the food the employee was really friendly, the place was clean. You also have a really wide variety to chose from food wise! We got taco salad, the little breakfast, & starter steak bites! Recommended 100%
This cafe is a gem. We saw it by chance, we're driving cross country from Toronto. We stopped by at the gas station and we saw this cafe. The ladies working are very nice and pleasant. The pizza we had is good. The cafe itself is very clean and cute. The toilets ARE VERY CLEAN and maintained, so that's a plus too 😃. If any if you are driving pass Manitoba, visit this cafe, let's all support local businesses 🙂
It seemed like this place was in the middle of nowhere but was full. Good sign. Oh, the signs! The walls were covered with kitschy signs! You could spend a hour here just chuckling to yourself. The food was good. Not mind-blowing but diner good. The burgers were good and portions generous. If you're on your way to or from Kenora area, this is a good place to grab a bite to eat.
We have been a couple times now. Both times the food has been delicious, the wait time minimal and the service great. It is hard to find serving staff that take the time to check back with you a couple times as well as remove empty dishes. You have been trained well. We will be back. We always leave full.
Stopped across the street for across travelling across the country and decided to grab pizza and was extremely surprised with how good it was. Plus the kid working the counter gave great suggestions. Would stop in again passing through.
