05/16/2024. The Dawning is a great family restaurant. My better 1/2 and my stopped in for breakfast at about 8:15 am. They have an excellent breakfast special that includes coffee. The was quick and friendly. The breakfast was served hot and the coffee was refilled on a regular basis. The cost is exceptional at $35 including a 15% tip!
This restaurant is a straight up gem! The owners are so friendly and genuine. Restaurant has the “classic” diner feel (somewhat outdated but I feel it gives a nostalgic feel) Food is all home-made and with fresh ingredients. I haven’t tried their dinner menu yet but the breakfast and lunch options are so tasty. I had never heard of “cream of carrot” soup, but had tried it and it’s amazing. Will 100% return here again.
Service friendly staff. Exactly the dated diner atmosphere we were looking for. Be back again next fall for sure. But the coffee refills could have come quicker ;)
Great place for breakfast or lunch. Breakfast served piping hot including the toast. Fast friendly service and refills of coffee in timely manner. Also tried the take home spring rolls very good as well 😊
Great place to grab a freshly cooked meal in a timely manner. Welcoming establishment and friendly service. The food is brought out very fast and is always delicious. The entire team at the Dawning Restaurant work very hard. Highly recommended.
