This was an extremely disappointing place to go. I made an appointment two weeks in advance. I explained it’s either water pump or AC pulley with an issue. I advised I was going in from 6 hours away to drop off car and pick up the following week. My wife took it in hoping it would make it as I had to work. Dropped off and then was to go to a sunroof place to get sunroof electrical fixed. It was right across the road. I called the day prior and he said all good and ready. He explained they across road woukd fix sunroof and his son would do AC. Well I called this am, not one thing was done. He did not change the AC compressor so his sim away on holidays could just charge it on Monday am. Sunroof place advised they just change glass, now my wife is currently en route back home in our Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT and pulley is getting worse and looks like I’ll have to go pick her up and get car towed to Kenora, so a three hour drive for me. I am astounded we drive in for this, left for five days and zero done and not one call and I called two times for updates and no return calls. Stay far away from this fellows place. I am a manager of trades and can change myself, however I work enough hours and prefer to pass it forward and today I got screwed over and he did not care and my wife is a very pleasant lady and he wouldn’t speak to her. Worst and I mean worst place ever. Not an apology not a let me get at it right now, nothing. And I did it all to the letter. Called in advance left for many days and I found out it did not even make it into the shop. One rating is still too high.
VERY DISAPPOINTED! Booked two weeks in advance for an appointment - drove 6 hrs hoping to get there - left vehicle there for 5 days - returning from a flight to find out they didn’t do any of the work it was there for. So had to drive home 6 hrs hoping to make it. I asked why they didn’t touch my car - I was told other troubled vehicles came in even though mine was booked two weeks in advance as well as followed up the day prior to dropping it off! Explained everything the day I dropped it off as well - SO DISAPPOINTED! No apology not nothing!
If you truly need an honest place to get your vehicle fixed, this by far is the place to go to. Hands-down, the most honest and fair mechanic that I’ve had the pleasure of going to and will be again fairly soon to get some work done.
I left my jeep there for an idling and highway problem where it literally won’t run proper. Who ever this guy is calling and answering the phone is so grumpy, was not helpful, he couldn’t get off the phone fast enough, told me nothing was wrong with it when it won’t drive for more than 15 minutes. So massive bill to be treated and spoken too like garbage. Not cool
Highly recommend! I asked in a facebook group “HONDA CRV 2002-2006” if someone can recommend a mechanic shop in winnipeg and people told me to come here. Very happy with service and taking care of my car. Appreciate your hard work and decent service
