I had a leaking gasket in the muffler and was trying to find a place to get it done quickly. I went here and the staff were super. They got me in that day and had a loaner for me to use. It was done within a couple hours. And didn’t cost an arm and a leg. I was very impressed with the communication which included an estimate by text that allowed me to quickly approve the work being done. The gentleman at the service desk was prompt and courteous and had excellent customer service. I’m new to the area and am so happy to have found a shop I can trust.
Took My 03 Mustang Here Since I Had A Check Engine Light On And They Identified The Problem (EVAP Leak) They Said I Needed A Part That Was Hard To Get But They Found One That Was Going To Take Some Time To Ship In But They Called Back And Said They Found The Same Part Not Only Closer & Faster Shipping But Also $75 Cheaper. Glad They Don’t Try To Rip Customers Off. 💯

I called Westwood auto tec Tuesday morning in hopes of getting my vehicle fixed when I tried going to work and it would turn over but not start. It was very difficult to get a hold of the company but someone finally answered and said they’d take it in. They have a partnership with a towing company that I asked them to call for me, which they agreed too; an hour later, I called the towing company myself and asked if Westwood auto tec had requested to get my car towed to their shop… they did not, so I got it towed myself to the shop. Wednesday I called for an update wondering when they’ll get started on it so I could inform my employer I couldn’t make it into work, they said “we could get it fixed by today (Wednesday) or tomorrow (Thursday)”. Thursday, I called for an update, they said “it’ll be ready today (Thursday) or tomorrow (Friday)”, so I was already having to miss out of work because the company themselves didn’t want to update me and I had to keep calling them; I need my car to get to work. I understand it gets busy but an update without having to pry it out would’ve been nice 😔 Friday, they got my car fixed; replaced a wire and said I was all set to go. Today (saturday), I was heading to work, 20 minutes in.. my car starts jerking to the right and squealing; my abs and traction control came on. I was sent on my marry way with a car that could’ve ended up putting me in a ditch; I’m just wondering how this could’ve gotten over looked.. my rear wheel barring needed to be replaced and there’s an error in the front; I had to go to another mechanic to get it looked at.
